Summer has been great but it`s time to move on to Autumn. It`s something I don`t like to do although the cold months, too, have their beauty. With September come those days when it`s a relief to stay indoors, overdose hot tea and really listen to music while it`s raining outside. My current playlist mostly contains the remains of summer but they can easily be adapted to the new season as well. At least, they`ll bring back good memories.
Mary PopKids - Nightdrive
Hungarian pop-duo with an incredibly awesome song. I wish I checked them out at Strand festival but they were clashing with FOB.
One Republic - Counting Stars
This one is a huge surprise to me. I found some of One Republic`s songs okay in the past but have never been a fan of them. I didn`t even know they play this song until yesterday when the radio informed me about it. So much different than their old stuff and I love the way they developed. Great example for every artist.
Kids In Glass Houses - Peace
If you don`t know these Welsh guys yet, you`re missing out big time. Their new single and music video just premiered and I can`t stop listening to it. A new album (also called 'Peace') is out end of September. The chorus of the song is my most favourite out of everything now. Also that key change...
The Rocket Science feat. Hegyi Dori - Step Out
This is lyrically the easiest yet most inspiring song I`ve heard all summer and I kept it on my playlist because it will keep me inspired even on the most depressed days when I feel the need to be unproductive all day long.
George Ezra - Budapest
British guy with great voice singing about my capital city in an adorable, catchy song. These are the reasons I fall in love with this song straight away.
The 1975 - Girls
It`s unbelievable how far they`ve come over a single year without having a full album out until recently. The highly anticipated self-titled album is finally out and all we have to do is to listen and dance. 'Girls' is a highlight of the album.
All Time Low feat. Vic Fuentes - A Love Like War
I`m addicted to this song since it`s release and I`m little mad at the guys for not playing it when I last saw them and Vic (along with Pierce The Veil) was in the house as well.
The Maine - Love & Drugs
The video for 'Love & Drugs' was just released and I absolutely love it. They make music videos that not only fit perfectly to the actual song but shows such emotions that the viewer can easily resemble to the characters.
Don Broco - You Wanna Know
The list wouldn`t be complete without the newest banger - because there is really no other word for it - of Don Broco. I bet it`s even more awesome live and can`t wait to witness it.
