Reading & Leeds Festival Announced Its First Acts For 2013
UK`s famous Reading and Leeds festivals are promised to be bigger and better than ever with more stages and more various acts for all kinds of music lovers between the 23rd and 25th of August in 2013.
While I`m ocationally still thinking about how this year`s Reading festival was the best weekend ever and how I was living the time of my life there with lack of sleep and all my favourite bands, until the organizers are already planning the best weekend for next year. What is more, the first artists were already revealed!
Deftones are playing the Main Stange and also celebrating their 25th year as a band.
Alt-J - a band I`ve never heard of but sounds like the next big thing to me - will be on the NME/Radio1 Stage.
Sub Focus will represent the drum 'n' bass section on the BBC Radio 1 Dance Stage.
Last but not least...
Boy Better Know will headline a festival first time ever at the BBC Radio 1Xtra Stage.
The wind of change has arrived to Reading and Leeds and this announcement already show the variety of the 2013 line up. Personally, I`m not over the moon yet, but as they said, "This is just the start" and I believe them.
The Killers and Paramore - yes, again- for 2013 please!
Who do you want to see in 2013 at the festivals? Are you already happy about the line up?
