Photos From England « Read Less
Hey guys! It's been a while...You may know I'm living in England for 3 months now and I'd like to share some photos with all of you because I haven't post any personal thing since I left.
I'm absolutely loving England. The landscape is beautiful, people are very nice and helpful, the family I'm living with and working to are lovely people as well, I'm going on college everyweek, meeting with my Hungarian friend in London if I have free weekends and hanging out in Newbury town. Actually the London days are the best. I should move there. The vibes are amazing! Luckily my friend, Nora knows the city so she's my guide when I'm there. Once we went to Camden Town, which is a great place with all the vintage shops and food, that was the day when I bought the first Hunger Games book and there is a cyber shop too where the electronic music is on the maximum volume, the lighning is neon lights, the workers look very bizarre and that's a must see place!
Then once we ended up on an All Time Low/The Maine concert. One of the best nights of my life and still huge shout out to Nora for coming with me because she doesn't like that kind of music. And the last time, when I spent the whole weekend there, we went out in Leicester Square to a 21+ club (won't name and shame) where the DJ played One Direction songs. Facepalm! That weekend was a blast. We even had a picnic at Soho in a store window at night! I only slept 1,5 hours in that two days and I wasn't even tired! Rock 'n' Roll!!!
Currently I'm back in Hungary for a week. I arrived home on Tuesday after a massive travelling for 13 hours. I travelled by everything: bus (I almost missed it, then it broke down), tube, train twice (one of them was deleayed for 30 mins), plane (I almost missed it because I stood in the wrong line) and car (for 3 hours on the way home from the airport). If you ask I still love travelling. And I have to do this when I go back to England next Tuesday, plus I wanna check the You Me At Six concert venue in case I run into the guys. Fingers crossed.
Oh the music...British rock scene is very strong now and brilliant. I wish I could see all of the bands live, who coming to town but next to a job is impossible and expensive as well. Unfortunately I haven't discovered the Newbury music scene jet but I definitely have to. I need a job where I have to visit concerts and summer festivals. haha.
So, I'm back home. My dog, Bundás barely wanted to come to me after I arrived but then she gave me kisses. I think she thought she was dreaming. Colin is still cheeky and I had to start playing with him at 10 pm. I guess the turtles and the bunny didn't recognise I wasn't home because they act the same. The first morning when I woke up I couldn't find my mugs, my sweat-pants for playing with the dogs and God knows what else. Yes, I feel I'm not living home anymore...the mugs were in the pantry by the way, but I still don't know where my pants are.
It seems I'm writin a novel now but it's time to finish because I've got a meeting with a friend!
